Babette Fernando joined Skootsky & Der LLP at its inception, in December, 2005 as Office Administrator/Legal Assistant. Ms. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications majoring in Journalism. Her work includes overseeing the day-to-day activities of the firm focusing on office/personnel management and client billing. Aside from handling administrative matters, Ms. Fernando is also a legal assistant. Ms. Fernando has 14 years of experience working in the legal field.

Lynn Madonich

Lynn Madonich joined Skootsky & Der LLP in August 2007, with over 24 years of experience in all aspects of probate and trust administration, including the preparation of estate tax returns. Lynn’s work at the Firm includes probate and trust administration as well as conservatorships. Ms. Madonich is a graduate of Skyline Junior College and attended San Francisco State University where she earned her Certificate in Paralegal Studies in 1983. Lynn is an active member of the San Francisco Paralegal Association as well as a study group for trust and estate administration paralegals.
